| After Dyeing ...
Your Newly Coloured Articles Need To Be ‘Finished’ Ready To Wear
As dyers we are not equipped to ‘finish’ your article ready to wear. Finishing is best left to the professionals with equipment and knowhow to relax the fabric and reshape those complex garments after dyeing.
-
CASUAL ITEMS should be washed with laundry detergent BEFORE wearing.
-
TO RECOVER SHRINKAGE pull or shake while damp and ‘line’ or ‘flat’ dry away from direct sunlight.
-
FITTED OR FORMAL items will benefit from dry-cleaning which cleans, steams, stretches and reshapes.
Your professional dry cleaner may take considerable time and patience to restore the original size and shape, hence the first process after dyeing can be more expensive than normal.
